Comments: Brig Sunberry [Sunbury] was bound from Georgia to the West Indies with a cargo of dry goods. About October 1777 she was captured by HM Frigate Antelope (Captain Charles H. Everitt) and sent into Jamaica, British West Indies. Sunberry was tried and condemned there. The date of capture is arbitrary, and might have been in September 1777.
