Comments: The Prussian merchant vessel Wolfahit (Martin Wachholtz) was captured by HM Cutter Liberty about 1781. The commander of the cutter disavowed the capture. When Wolfahit was tried in the High Court of Admiralty she was acquitted and damages assessed against Liberty.
