Comments: Schooner Peggy, with her cargo of salt, was captured by HM Frigate Antelope (Captain William Judd) about December 1776, in the West Indies. Although the date of the capture is estimated, it is probable. Peggy was sent into Jamaica, British West Indies and tried and condemned there.
