Comments: The schooner Dolphin (William Raddon) was bound from [to] St. Eustatius, Netherlands West Indies with a cargo of flour, hoops and tobacco. She was captured by HM Frigate Roebuck on 5 April 1777. Dolphin was sent into New York, New York, where she was tried and condemned in the Vice-Admiralty court in 1777.
