Comments: The 100-ton brig Amelia (Robert Lindsay) was bound from St. Kitts, British West Indies, to London, England, (or Glasgow, Scotland), with a cargo of tobacco and cotton. Amelia was captured, about March 1781, by Maryland Privateer Schooners Felicity (Commander Thomas Cole) and Antelope (Commander Frederick Folger). She arrived at Philadelphia before 20 March 1781. She was libeled on 27 March with her trial set for 28 March.
