Comments: Ship Hope was apparently a British Army Transport which arrived in the Delaware River with three officers and the baggage of various regiments at Boston, and clothing for two other regiments. She was seized and detained. Her disposition was considered in the Pennsylvania Committee of Safety on 12 August 1775.
